Our only information about Henry Eaton comes
from the probate records of his father's, Aaron Eaton's, estate.
A document entitled, "Auditor's Report: In the matter of
the Estate of Aaron
Eaton, deceased. No. 18, August Term, 1877 (filed in
Clarion Co PA)
It states in part, ". . . . Henry Eaton who died some four
or five years previous to the decease of the testator, leaving
surviving him a widow and two children, viz, Joseph Aaron EATON
and John Charles EATON, the widow not being entitled to a share
under the intestate laws of Pennsylvania her late husband Henry
Eaton having died prior to the decease of the testator . . ."
The document goes on to indicate that Joseph Aaron Eaton and John Charles Eaton each received a 1/12 share of the estate of Aaron Eaton, their grandfather.
Need the name of Henry Eaton's wife, his dates of birth and death, burial place, and information about his children.
